How our bodies feel & move can have a vast impact on how we view ourselves in life. Mental health counseling & health coaching are two methods of treatment that help people focus in on areas of their lives needing change.
Mental health counseling can be helpful to determine how past experiences impact current behaviors, and focus on how to change long stuck thought processes. I can help navigate you through difficult periods of anxiety and depression, grief and change. I also work with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders. I also counsel people before and after bariatric surgery and through chronic illness like diabetes and cancer. Also, I am happy to see couples to help navigate a relationship if struggling with the future, or looking to reconnect.
